When can I get products that are out of stock?
All our dresses are limited edition. Once it’s gone, they are gone forever.
How do I qualify for Free Shipping?

What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you make an order, you will receive an email with your order number and order details. Once we receive confirmation of your payment from our online payment partner, ready to ship wear will be shipped out within 3 days.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive an email with your order number and order details.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Zenanah will send you an automatic email when your order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience.

Can I modify my order once it is placed?
We will try our best to accommodate modifications to orders that are new. If an order has been sent for alteration, we will be unable to modify it further.
We cannot cancel any orders.

Are all sales final?
If you purchase an item during a sale or on pre-order, it is FINAL sale. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy page for more details.

Where is Zenanah located?
Zenanah is located in Doha, Qatar. We do not have a physical store at the moment.
Am I required to create an account to place an order?
While you are not required to create a Zenanah account in order to make a purchase, it is highly recommended.
By creating an account with us, you gain the ability to view your past orders, check the status of current orders and track each shipment.
Additionally, you’ll be able to save your account information with us, expediting the process for your next login and order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of credit card including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Our payment partner is Tap which is a safe and secure service. We process all orders through our SSL secured shopping cart.
We are a verified site, so you can rest assured that your account and transaction information are entirely safe.
We do not see or store your credit card information.
We also accept Bank Transfer from Qatar residents only.

How do your sizes run?
Please refer our Sizing Guide for more information. However, if you are confused about your size please drop us a message and we are more than happy to help you pick the outfit that fits you perfectly.
What is a pre-order dress?
Pre-order dresses are those we are in the process of making. They will be available at 20% discounted rates. They are dresses that will be ready to ship in 2-4 weeks. However, they are dresses that you can buy and make to your specific size if you buy them before production. All pre-order sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges for a pre-order dress.

How can I receive a discount code?
Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about new arrivals, look books, sales & promos. You will also receive a discount code in your email which can be used to get 10% off on your first purchase.
Can I use two different codes at checkout?
Our website is only able to allow one coupon code at a time. No two codes can be used at anytime. We do not have that function on our website.
Will I be charged Sales Tax with my order?
International orders may be charged duties and taxes depending on the law in their country. This is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any taxes or duties.
Why did I not receive a Gift Box?
Free Gift Box is applicable only for orders with 2 or more dresses. Gift Box is not applicable for sale/discounted items.
